Suggestion. There should a menu to rate the driver i.e. if he is not picking up the order that has been prepared by the merchant so it will be fair for both sides not one sided only

I hope there is a fix on performance issue, I got buyers who give ratings not according to what they order, i.e they order frozen food but when they got the order they didn't reheat the food and give bad review and I can't reply to that. Ordered FROZEN RAWON but gave review as Nasi rawon when it spesificaly show he order FROZEN not cooked food!

The restaurant's rating now depends on the number of orders received and the impression we give to the drivers. Small partners will remain small or even become smaller and then finally disappear because of the rating system. In the case of 'driver no show', there is no compensation to the restaurant whatsoever..

Difficulty in opening new rest branch is over the top. Submitted the data from the Help page in this app then email, but no response. Tried to call their CS, they only advised to try again. Tried to email the data again, no response. Back calling CS, they told me to try the Help page saying it will work this time, but still nothing. This happened like five times, thus, super unhelpful CS and useless app features as no response given to any email submitted from this app.
