Pls remove 'DRIVE CLOSER TO PICKUP POINT' coz its damn ridiculous! Earlier ter was a system hang and i had to off the mobile n restart. Meanwhile, i moved off after picking pax.. it was halfway thru tat the system recovered and i cudnt press PICKUP! i had to drive all the way back just to re-start and end job! Pls review ur system technology.

Doesn't jump to the booking screen when you get a booking and you don't know when you got cancelled. Pin for pick up and drop off is bad sometimes too. Room for improvement

After updated 1.10 version. No pin at all for 2 days! Disappointed. Drive for hours on the road and got no pin. Do you believe this is due to low order? Clock almost 60 trips on 1.9.1 for past 4 days.

Change the incoming request tone please. The loud peh peh peh tone has almost successfully cause me to have a mini heart attack and nearly lose control of my car countless times without fail, sometimes on back to back jobs even the rider had a shock. I'm stopping gojek for now and change over to grab to recuperate from this. Someday an accident will happen to someone and the cause will be that shocking peh peh peh tone.
