It was all working fine until a few days ago when it gave me a popup in german of what looked like T&Cs confirmation. I was unable to tick the box or get rid of the popup. I've uninstalled the app, installed it again and now I'm stuck on the login form which again is in German. Clicking the login link and the one above it, which I assume is for registration (get started?), does nothing... so I am suddenly unable to use the app

This app was a lifesaver for the last 6 months and it really helped my mental health to see I was getting better. Last week I got a pop up in German that prevented me from doing anything and I was worried I'd lost all my data. I agree to the T&Cs just to be able to back it up. Since that point I've been unable to do anything while connected to the internet as the app freezes. Real shame they're no longer supporting this app as it's the best I've ever used and it was a really valuable tool.

The app is suddenly in German and no other language option.Why? Was fine yesterday. Please leave an English language option as it has had since I started using the app.

Was a good app, until I changed phones and it was impossible to transfer my data over. Contacted support and there was a lot of back and forth until they finally said they were only focusing on the German version of the App from now on and were no longer able to offer help, updates or bug fixes for the English version. Have lost months and months worth of data I needed for my doctor's appointments. Beyond disappointed.

TL;DR: version from 2021-03-18 is sluggish, in Germany only German language. Was better before. This app used to be exactly what it says on the can, easy to use, fast, and also in English. The English support was simply removed with the latest update without any explanation in the app. If you contact support, they will explain it is for compliance reasons with the German authorities in order to obtain some kind of certification. That's fine, but should not happen without any explanation.
