app hangs when check out using G pay or credit card

The app had stopped working recently. Tried force stop and reinstalling. It would go blank for several seconds before becoming unresponsive on the login page. Seems like it is not an isolated case. PC should have just solve the problem with an update. 3 stars because CS was responsive and offered solution - (note 9: storage - app - PC app - clear cache)

Shop locator has stopped working for quite some time now. Could you please fix it ASAP? Also the list of shops that participate in the cup lid recycle program is out of date. For instance, your Bank of America shop has closed yet it's still on the list. Please fix.

Crashed for several instances over the past year. re-installed several times. this week it happens again. it doesnt seem to re-solve even after re-installation. they dont seem to be able to improve this app. in fact their own system at the cashier often hangs too.

The app has remained frozen for me for more than 2 weeks. I tried to reach out for support and no one helped. This app also does not offer any kind discount comprehensible to a 21st century human. This is what I expect from an outdated company, an equally outdated app.
