Very painful app to use with poor UX. It never tells you what you'll be charged when you book, only the rate and you have to figure it out yourself. 50% if the time it says "oops something went wrong" and you can't make the booking. Also, anyone who's used the vehicle you've booked will get access to the car for the duration of your booking. We've had other people drive off with our car before.

Horrific user interface that's buggy and unintuitive to use. Why does it sometimes show times as available but throws an error when I try to book? Why is the list view so difficult to navigate and why does the map show so little info? Once booked, why is it so hard to figure out exactly where the car is? The website isn't much better. Please fix because the service itself is super useful.

it's almost a good app. has issues around speed, and infrastructure problems like if a car is returned say a block away, goget doesn't update it's location in the app. plus it really should integrate with apple/Google pay to open close cars.

The Goget service is great, but this app is terrible. The time filters do not work, and it's very difficult to tell where a car is from the list view. Needs improvement.

The app can be a little laggy at times, and the map to find the pod could be improved e.g. rotating it, pinch to zoom etc. fairly good usability overall.

App is poorly designed in terms of ui & ux, sometimes it's even unresponsive or crashed on my S21 and you'll end up calling customer service. Van was a little beat up and basic. Will probably not use the service again.
