Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GoFindR Pet on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Did you know that 1 in 3 pets goes missing and that less than 10% are ever found? The GoFindR Pet tracker and the GoFindR Pet App combine to let you know where your pet is at all times. If he is ever lost, just follow the map to his location. Set GeoFences to alert you when he escapes. There are both a rectangular geofence as well as an unlimited number of circular geofences to give you maximum flexibility. Chart a history of his movements. There are even temperature alerts to warn you that your pet is in an unsafe environment.

Track an unlimited number of pets with the App (each pet must have the GoFindR hardware though). Get SMS alerts on up to 5 phones, so you know the status of your pet and your GoFindR. There is even a Panic Button which allows you to get an immediate position.

Use the Pet Manager to store your Pet's vital information. With the Pet manager, you can also track and schedule your Pet's vaccinations and track his medications. Vaccinations are automatically scheduled in your calendar.

Communicate with your GoFindR via SMS for setting configurations and receiving alerts and messages.
