This was my go-to app, as the drivers were mostly pros and the prices - more decent, compared to Bolt. But lately I've had experiences of being charged way more, than the predicted price. While i understand, that traffic can influence the price, I've had this happen on multiple occasions with zero traffic, as well. Really disappointing, as I used to hold this company in high regard.
