Worst experience, I have tried 5 to7 times for booking flight ticket. Mostly times show error related to server & lastly my account is debited but no ticket is booked. When I tried to contact the helpline it flashes the message that our office is working only from monday to Friday between 10am to 6 pm. My account is debited on Friday night. Now I am helpless that my ticket is booked or not. I have to wait upto Monday 10am.

while doing transaction the discount is applicable......now you are telling that offer is till 31st December then why the offer was applied at the time of booking??? its mistake by goevent not fault of customer who has done the transaction based on the offer shown at your site while doing the booking
