Twice now my orders have been cancelled automatically due to the restaraunt not accepting them. I ordered from Fumo today (Friday) and they aren't even open yet go eats are allowing you to order from there. I waited 40 minutes for my order to be accepted just to look it up and find it's not even open. Now I've waited 40 minutes with no food, it could have at least been cancelled earlier so I could've ordered food from a different place. I do not reccomend this service

App needs a complete rework, it's broken and the map on it is wrong, ordered a meal on the app,charged me and refunded me over 13 times and the last charge was an out so I called about getting a refund took 2 days to even get through to anyone, I was constantly told someone will contact me in the next 24hrs.. over 72 hours later still nothing, eventually recieved it once I contacted my bank. Long story short the app is shite and you get robbed. Just tried to add 50p and had £50 taken instead! NO

Terrible customer service. Once took me almost a week to get a refund for an order that I was waiting for, for almost 2 hours that didn't get accepted. Also generally takes over an hour to get an order that would take Uber Eats less than half an hour to get to you.

Used app to bypass queue outside the chippy and did exactly what it said on the tin. Easy to use and delivery on time as promised. Food nice and hot. Very happy, thank you.

Terrible app, doesn't work. Various establishments advertise a discount code on the app, but won't allow you add it in your basket. Even the promo codes Go Eats themselves provide don't work either. App is also a bit laggy. I gave up trying to use it and have uninstalled it.

Only one place available for delivery, you get through to confirm only to be told that they aren't available for your location. Substandard at best.
