I've been using this app to pay for Park & Ride daily for the last 2 years - it's not perfect but I've rarely had issues, and if I do the support has been fantastic.

This app is completely useless. I couldn't even get bus times. It also doesn't seem to have all the routes available. I think Konectbus need to use a proper developer rather than a bloke in his bedroom. My son created a better app than this for his school project. I have given up trying to find out if my son can use the bus (as the website is equally as useless) and will be driving him to college instead.

Why is this called "East Anglia Buses" here but the installed app is "Go East Anglia" took me an eternity to find. Terrible, much worse than the Holdall card. Slow and unreliable to open. The Holdall website is pretty clunky but once you've got your ticket it works reliably and speedily. With this app on the other hand you'll be holding up the queue whilst it thinks about opening then arguing with the driver when it won't. Smartcards never run out of battery power either.

Bought a group ticket on the morning of travel, but despite the ticket clearly saying it was still valid for several hours, the barcode wasn't recognised at the scanner. The same thing happened when we got the bus back to the airport. This app just seems useless

The tickets work when I need them, but I don't need to plan routes or get directions, I'll use Google Maps for that. I just want to tap a route and see a list of times, but it always feels hard to do that, with the latest update I'm not sure it's even possible. That said, customer support was very good.

Waste of time! To have to download an app if you dont have change is annoying as so many P&Rs have card payment options. Then the app would not register my payment details rendering the process useless and pointless. This is not progress, this is going backwards!
