I needed an app that allowed me to set a gif of the opening scene of pokemon fire red and this app allowed me to do so. I tried a myriad of similar apps but none of the plethora made me as satisfied. Some of them would make you check into the app or worse others would constantly harass you (the horror!!) , but not this app (Thank the Lord ;)) . No sir, this app runs in the background better than Usain Bolt himself. Android God, bless the app and bless America!

I needed a little time to figure how it works, but it's actually simple. You just apply it as you would do with a regular wallpaper. Simple, no strange permissions, and it does what it says it does. ☺
