I needed a ride from east legon to my destination so I ordered a ride hailing service on this app since a friend recommended it and people have given positive feedback after using it. The feedback I got after placing the order was "connecting to nearby drivers" and for close to an hour it was still connecting to nearby drivers and I thought maybe it was a glitch....only for me to get the same feedback each time I placed an "order" on different occasions. Deleting it right now.
