GoConsultPro-Health is a unique patent pending app that allows you to:
1. Have professional Video Calls and VOIP Calls with your patients over a secure, HIPAA compliant platform.
GoConsult uses Twilio as its communications platform. A service with industry grade security used by companies such as Uber and Whatsapp
2. Provides a professional messaging (text and voice recorded) service to enhance communication with your patients.
If your status on the app is set to ‘Unavailable’ or if you are engaged with another patient, all calls to your GoConsult number will be routed to a voice recording service for later retrieval. GoConsult uses Microsoft Azure’s cloud based technology for secure storage.
3. A status and information board that allows you to post changes to your schedule on a day to day basis (i.e. operating at a particular time / dates that you will be on leave), allowing you to communicate with your patients / clientele on a broader scale.
General Information regarding clinic hours, promotion of health services / products or changes in schedule can be posted here for easy viewing.
4. The GoConsultPro-Health app readily directs your patients / clientele to your practice’s website for their perusal and if necessary, to schedule appointments.

Payment & security
GoConsult uses Braintree/PayPal for secure payments transactions, Twilio to ensure secure communications and Microsoft Azure for secure storage.

Register in 6 simple steps
1. Download the app.
GoConsult and GoConsultPro-Health are available for download on all major platforms.
2. Create an account. Fill in your login information and personal details.
*Your medical registration number is compulsory for GoConsult Sdn Bhd to verify that the account holder is a licensed medical practitioner.
3. Add a photo to your profile (optional)
4. Read and accept the Terms of Use and the Healthcare Provider User Agreement
5. Set your Consultation Fees
*Consultation Fees are for 10 minute blocks and in USD
6. A unique 7 or 8-digit number is assigned to your account.
Upon completion of registration with the GoConsultPro-Health app (for Healthcare Providers), you will be issued a unique number which is to be used as a telephone number would. This number can be shared with your clientele, providing them with easy access to you and your practice through the GoConsult platform.
Terms & Conditions, Disclamers and Privacy Policy
GoConsultPro (professionals) and GoConsult (clients) is a conduit for Wireless Professional Consultation and Communication and is subject to Terms and Conditions of use, Disclaimers and Privacy Policy. Healthcare Professionals who use the GoConsult Platforms are subjected to the Healthcare Provider User Agreement in addition to the Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
