Very bad service and bus avaibility is very bad I'm waiting bus from 5:00 am morning waiting for 102A ride, at least 4 busses passes by same rout but city bus is always after 5:35 am. Always late for work. Now I think y I drought this all rout bus card of city bus. Need to increase the bus.

most of the time the the location will not show....the gps connectivity is very poor...Kindly please do maintenance to make it functional ...most of the couple of drivers attitude is not good..if alone in bus stop they won't stop.I complaints on this issue for more than 3 times through your customer care number..but don't know any actions taken or not..because still can see such issues.City bus management team should concentrate on customer satisfaction.please teach drivers to behave properly.

Very good app. Before when I go to unknown places It was difficult to find bus stops and if I find one also I am unsure whether bus for my destination will come in this stop or not. But with this app I am able to plan my travel. Thank you. One suggestion it would be more helpful if I could some kind of message or signal to the bus that passenger is waiting in the stop, since some buses go direct without stopping in the stop.

I installed the app, but when I am log in with my mobile number, I am not receiving the OTP verification code. I have tried many times and no luck. Please solve this problem, for the time being I will give one star only till the problem is solved.

It used to be one of the most useful apps in Kuwait. However, not only is OTM is taking forever, the app is completely useless since the last update, except for manually seeing bus stops on the map. I hope that this can be fixed soon and my rating will change when it does.
