EDIT: To be clear, the bus service itself is great. The app is what I am unhappy with. Despite stating that it is free to use, I am unable to access anything except purchase info because the app thinks I haven't purchased tickets. You can't see maps unless you buy through the app. So if you want to access routes and other features, don't buy tickets anywhere but through the app.

Took a Tour while visiting New York with my Fiance and we absolutely had the time of our lives. We most enjoyed and was appreciative of the easy and friendly downloadable Bus App. We can easily find out when the next bus was coming which made our maneuvering about the city convenient between Lunch, Shopping and Sightseeing. The Guides are awesome and informative and the Drivers made me feel safe as they moved about one of the world's most compacted cities. We will definitely return in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful time in New York City! This app not only help me find locations for the double decker bus. It also showed live time where the buses were located. REALLY HELPFUl! I purchased the all around town 48 hours for my family. I look forward to returning back next year.
