App continuously stopped working, pop-up. Causing phone to get hot and horrible battery drain. Stopping app via pop-up another pop-up immediately. After restricting background battery usage has stopped the issue. But requires me to open app while using tolls.

Even when I'm in my car, it never registered. Then when it get registered that I have my device, I'm never in my car. What gives? I got this to get discounts on my toll tag!! I'm about to throw it out there window and let a semi run over it like the rest of the debris on the DFW interstates.

Unable to log in. I pre-registered and when I try to sign in it says email or password is incorrect. I've changed the password twice now. So far I'm very unimpressed. Update: They have been extremely responsive and helpful in getting my issue fixed. Ended up having to sign up with a different email address but I've had almost immediate responses from the team when I've reached out.

Great when it works as advertised. The problem is that sometimes the app (or device?) doesn't always automatically recognize that two people are in the vehicle. Our phones have the app activated, bluetooth enabled, and correct permissions set. Per the documentation, the app shouldn't need to be checked each time we get in the car. But sometimes it has status of "not in car" for one or the other of us, meaning it needs to be manually set by clicking on the app WHILE DRIVING!

THIS IS A PLOY TO KEEP YOU FROM COLLECTING DISCOUNTS!!!! Another joke app to keep you from using discounts. From first glance, setup is a hassle. Must be in the vehicle to setup, I have 3 cars. So this will take some extended setup time. Have not even got to the "required separate bluetooth devices". In my case, I have 3 cars driving kids to dance, hockey, baseball, soccer or what have you. Will rarely have multiple smartphones in the car. At least with the last app I could schedule in advance.
