Does not allow you to cancel payment in the app. It Errors out and you must
call the company to cancel. Also the app over charged me. Use yhe website
instead od rhus app.

go buses has horrible customer service, flat out lied to me and even with a BBB dispute they would not pull the recording to verify it and lied about there calls being recorded but first said they listened to one of the calls and said I was dealt with with respect. how do you know that if not the calls not recorded?. do not use their services, they leave people behind, buses break down, DO NOT USE GO BUSES SCAM !
