How to Utilize the GoBike App and Service:
Download the "GoBike" app, install and register for a free account
- Select service category
- Select your pick-up point, and indicate your targeted destination; wait for your fare calculations and you will
be duly informed of the amount needed to pay
- Commence booking and confirmation
- GoBike’s system will find the nearest available Go Rider to go to your pick-up point; with their name, bike-plate
number, and a photo of the allocated rider displayed on the GoBike app
- GoBike’s system will track the selected rider's location and provide estimated time of arrival for pickup

GoBike Payment Procedure:
GoBike’s fair payment policy indicates a standard rate per km calculation, so you will know exactly how much to
pay before confirming your GoBike task request. GoBike ensures you a premium quality service at the quoted
price rate.
The pricing is pre-calculated and set, and you pay cash directly to the rider when they pick up your job.
