Update 9/2020 Been coming here for years and this app NEVER works. Update 10/27 Here again, still can't Log in online or through app. *Didn't work the last time I was here, and this time, it keeps telling me to change my password. I've been messing with this since we sat down, now my food is here and I still can't log in. I thought maybe I had earned a meal and wanted to use it. Aggravated.

The app will not allow me to login for several months now. Totally useless. I have no problem logging in on the website. I've changed my password, deleted the cache, cleared the storage, deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Also the app has no option for contacting tech support. Poorly designed. It also appears that management does not monitor these comments as I don't see any replies to all of the many negative reviews. UPDATE: Able to login but can't view the menu or online order.

FYI, everyone who gives 4+ starts are plants, they are not true users of this abject failure, it loads fine but I can't log in using a Samsung S9. I can log in using the website, the app is a complete and utter waste of space. Just uninstall the piece of trash app and use the website.

This is the worst app I have ever used, every time I scan my receive to add points, it will not add my points this is awfull. I love the place, but it is worstless to have the app if you can't get full use of it. I sent an email to Fridays when they open back up from the pandemic about it would not let me log on, I was told to uninstall the app and wait an install it again, but now it will not let me add points.

I have never dealt with a more horrible app for a restaurant. Each time I go I re-download the app because each time the same garbage happens. Makes me change my password, accepts the password I load it and boom sorry something went wrong. What a surprise. Same thing over and over. I have a screen shot for a further description.

Looks like it would be a great app if it actually worked. When I clicked on the drop downs for foods, nothing shows up. Can't see what they have or anything. Only can see the topics of food they offer. Can't order nothing. Hopefully, they can fix this and make it a great app.
