Good and easy to use, even the two free interval programes are very useful. Now, I would buy a full version, if the app was integrated with a heart-rate monitor. I think it should be a default for any HIIT apps. Edit: thank you for your response - I didn't know that! But in any case, even if HR is underestimating the intensity of HIIT as such, it would be a good baseline/measuring stick/safety measure. As it stands, I need to use separate heart rate monitor.

EASY TO FOLLOW TIMERS:
- Red background for intervals;

INTERVAL INTENSITY
If you know your MAP, FTP60 or MAS, interval intensities will be displayed either in power (watts) or in speed or pace.

Intensity can also be set using the RPE (Rate of perceived Exertion) method.
