Not quit sure how i feel about these... I get them connect to my app then cant keep them connected... They work great ones i get them connected but wont stay... And it sucks cause i like these... If it doesnt get fixed soon... Ill return them.. Cause ive got to be able to hear... These cost alot of money so they should work for the price i paid for them...

Keeps dropping and disconnecting from hearing aids

After more than a year, the hearing aids are great! The app is completely useless. There was a brief period when it worked, but after an attempt to update the software, the app no longer would connect. Lost a hearing aid? Good luck! Need to adjust settings? Ha! Hard to believe the developers would release this app to the public. I'm using a basic Moto G5 plus.

Overall, good! Able to "customize" hearing settings. Nice to be able to connect with support and doctors when you like. Easy to use. Would like to see some Advanced user features to help tweak EQ settings better and integrate tinnitus relief into app.
