Lots of questions keep coming from the patients and attendants and the same questions keep repeating. Sometimes the questions are answered ‘right’, sometimes not. Now, the ‘wrong’ things will never happen again as we have developed this software.

As part of the activities of the trust ‘MANUHE MANUHOR BABE’, we have prepared this free software for the benefit of our people. This software contains all the relevant information regarding the outpatient services available at Gauhati Medical College Hospital, Guwahati, Assam, India. This Hospital has all the super speciality departments. 200 bedded cancer hospital was also officially inaugurated on February 17, 2017 with latest technology like linear accelerator and other equipment. The government and the authority have already taken various possible steps to make the healthcare system easily accessible. Developing this software is our humble effort to pass this information to everyone’s palm.

So, what is this trust Manuhe Manuhor Babe (মানুহে মানুহৰ বাবে) is all about? Well, we are a group of human beings who have a heart for the poor and the needy part of the society. We mainly work on health education including personal hygiene, menstrual hygiene, education against passive smoking etc. We also organize health camps, deworming drives, blood donation camps. We also indulge ourselves in distribution of public donations like clothes, rice etc in camps and many other social activities.

This software does not contain any personal information regarding any other person whether living or dead.

The information available in this software has been updated till December 30, 2017 and will be updated from time to time as and when available.

Utmost care has been taken to make the information available in this software error free. However, any inadvertent error is deeply regretted and when comes to or is brought to the notice of the developer will be corrected at the earliest.
Our software is primarily targeted towards the patients and hopefully it will be beneficial for the patients to reach GMCH OPD on a ‘right’ day. We know, this is not a big deal to provide a free informative software to the public as there are already plenty like this. Yet we are happy that once again we could initiate something good for the society.
