Won't tell you that your points are expiring except on the day the points are expiring (and not even via active notification!), and will update for 9 hours starting 11pm of the day your points are expiring. Terrible. It's as if they do not want you to reap your rewards. Also, claiming vouchers is limited to 5 per account per day. What kind of rewards system is that? They used to care about loyal subscribers. Not anymore. Still, two stars because it's come a long way from what it was before.

"We encountered an error. Please try again later if you were in the middle of something" This App won't let me redeem the Shell rewards and it's the last day of redemption for 2020 points today! I've downloaded and deleted this app multiple times because of this. But since it's the last day of redemption today, I downloaded it again to redeem but to no surprise, this app is full of errors!

Worst app. Why make an app that doesn't work 90% of the time? And you always get the message that says "We are having problems connecting to our servers." You are a telco that provides data services. Plus why do you have to type in your number everytime you use the App then get an error response after because you can't connect to your server? Totally defeats the purpose of having a convenient app.

It's as if they don't want to reward you at all! They notify you that the points are about to expire on the day itself and when the points expire they won't give you a chance to get it back and redeem something. I've been a customer of Globe since 2000 on prepaid and since 2010 on postpaid. That obviously means nothing to them.

Terrible app. Crashes as soon as I submit my OTP so I never was able to finish the login process. So I can't claim any "rewards" at all, hell I can't even check my points balance. It's been like this for almost a month now and still they haven't done anything to fix it.

I find this app unnecessary, it can just be added as another section for GlobeOne app. It's crashing always, laggy, and most of the time it can't even launch. As for the rewards. I have already claimed mine, but still didn't receive it after 4 days have passed.
