Really, extremely slow to load. As in this app is not good, and I am not "enjoying" it. I preferred the layout before the update, but it works ok, other than the slow loading. We have two globe lights, one on a timer, and we are happy with them. June 2021 update. The app is crashing, and opening but not responding. Dropping a star, down to 2, which is generous. Came to app store figuring there would be an update, but nothing. I'm sure they will congratulate me on enjoying the app again.

Worst setup of all time. Had two bulbs for years that only triggered seizures occasionally.. until recently. Got some new ones as the old ones started constantly flickering (different from the setup strobe factory) and id have to turn them off entirely as it was quite disorienting. New ones won't connect whatsoever. Yes I'm on 2.4ghz, but lights will strobe for 15 seconds and stop or for 5 min straight ez/ap mode both useless. Absolutely worthless product. Avoid at all costs.

Update : re: "Sharing house didn't give access to the devices [...]" & "Finding where the house shared was was also unintuitive" : The next day I had access to the house shared on my home screen, the drop-down menu on the top left finally appeared 🤷 Still it would be nice : - if devices already paired with my phone could be added to the house shared with me. - if moods were global instead of bulbs/group specific, remaking them for each can take a while 😕

UPDATE 06/21 ( 2 OF 6 BULBS DONT WORK) Almost a year later bulbs flicker between different white lighting, and for some reason my 4 connected kitchen bulbs turn on randomly (no timer set), app is fairly easy to use. Update: sent issue to customer support, even a bigger joke, was told how globe products have great quality control and just to reset/reconnect the bulb. Your customer service is useless now you get one star. SPEND THE MONEY AND BUY BETTER LED SMART BULBS NOT THIS GARBAGE

I was initially scared when i can to download this app after ordering 8 lights. A ton of 1* reviews saying unable to connect to wifi. I thought i might need to return. Looks like the UI is different from the instruction video for AP mode that's what tripping most people off. I figured quickly there isn't an advanced button in the app but an EZ to AP mode switcher in that position. Worked like a charm. Setup in under 10 minutes! Really happy with my purchase and with the app! Hope this helps!

App is generally good. Nice feature to be able to trigger scenes with time. However, what is desperately needed is a way to choose a color for each scene. Presently, it only allows you to select the color mode, but not to select the actual color and brightness. Also need explanations of what each setting does and how it works. UPDATE 4/2021 A recent update fixed all of the issues I previously mentioned and provided new features I asked for. Thanks Globe and thank your overseas app developers!
