I have created the account on the website but when I try to log in via the app it says network error, check Internet connection. Thus I am connected to the Internet, I already paid for 1 year subscription but I cannot use the app. Please help me. If you solve my issue, I will change my rating, otherwise the app is useless.

There's a have kept asking for a sign in code or something that I don't have because I never signed up for it I just downloaded the app it did not show me any television in the sample I don't think it's a good app to look at no way to get signed up for it they don't give you any kind of way to get done at 4 I don't recommend it to anybody.

I bought the one years subscription, and the application is not working neither on my phone or on smart TV it keeps saying network error even tho theres no problem with my internet connection, I tried sending them email and contact them with no solution, I don't advice anyone to buy it
