The overall score guides you with instructions to buy a house or move forward.

Green colour indicates the best place to have that particular room in that room
Red colour symbolises the worst place to avoid the particular area
For example, kitchen is to be constructed at south-east direction, this app indicating the kitchen direction in green colour, gives you the guidelines for entire setup for constructing kitchen including placing of gas stove, windows, ventilators, etc.,
