Will absolutely not launch without GPS. Worthless on my tablet, suspicious on my phone. Uninstalled. Update for the dev: my point is twofold. 1, weather is geographically expansive so determining location as precisely as gps is unnecessary (and wastes time and energy getting/keeping a fix). 2, not all devices have GPS or even mobile data, so you shouldn't make app launch depend on it. Adding a star since you replied. I suggest respectfully you allow it to launch sans gps and permit manual loc'n entry
