I created a profile on the website when booking parking. These details were not accepted by the app and I had to create again. It does not contain any link to my booking so pretty pointless if it doesn't integrate with the website. Taking me externally to the website effectively means I need to sign in again which defeats the purpose. Get everything linked and I'll revise my score.

a turd of an app. so much fail. Facebook logon fails due to lack of developer key. Twitter login does nothing. you cannot use offers without a passbook app (whatever that means). and apparently you need to confirm your email address with the usual email confirm but this means you are signing up to promo emails. GDPR FAIL!

Waste of time, it gives you three different times for each flight and they're all wrong. The website is correct. No idea why the app gives a different time but it does. I'm deleting this rubbish

I tried to use the 20% discount for pre-ordering food. The app is painfully slow if you accidentally add more than you mean to to your basket you cannot remove and if the app not on the screen it deletes your entire basket. I just didn't bother in the end.

Friendly staff and in these times felt really safe and secure. Helpful getting checked in and through passport control. The staff in restaurant and shop also very helpful like. The app helped with check in gate number flight time
