Yes, the app sucks, but what's worse is that its triggered a fraud alert on my credit card. This lead to a lot of transactions being rejected, and 30 minutes on a call with mastercard to clear up.

Brutal app. Really disappointing considering I had zero issues with the original app. The most frustrating element for me is the fact that every barista I have spoken to is well aware of the issues that seem to be experienced by a majority of users, yet no fixes have been implemented. I also can't see any of the free drinks I've earned, nevermind gather points toward new ones. I've reinstalled and updated enough; this lack of action to me represents terrible client service. Please get on this!!

The new app lacks a lot of features that were available with the old one. No more integration with Google wallet, auto reload doesn't work even if you enable it in the app, it takes forever to open and sign in every time you try to use the card to pay...

Barely works at the best of times, good luck getting it to give you a code to scan without adding on a card. It's basically hot garbage. Bring back the old app, it actually worked on occasion!

Not as nice as the Bridgehead app it replaced, but has additional functionality like being able to order ahead. Still a little rough around the edges: can't change personal info because the country is wrong...but there's no country line. Also, having to log in for each use is very frustrating, and doesn't provide a pleasant experience.
