I just downloaded the app just to book I couldn't even open it, it keep telling me to update n update n it not even brining up d update on the play store, it's really bad am sure they want passengers not to take part in the 5% discount which is bad

You need to work on refunds to customers for cancelled bookings. I made a booking and the trip was cancelled by your office due to non-availability of passengers. I requested for a refund but was told it's against the company policy. This is anti-customer.

This is the second time i paid for a jet and i was given an hiace small bus without any apology and i did not get a refund either. And your staff keep telling me is not their fault. I will never use gigm again. They keep dissapointing. THIS APP IS USELESS AND FULL ERROR
