Someone needs to be fired for greenlighting this app to be the preferred method for ordering because it obviously goes through *zero* testing & validation. Constant problems, only allowing orders to be scheduled in the past with "ASAP" unavailable, API errors that crash the app, 'Oops something went wrong' when adding items to the cart, etc.

This is honestly one of the buggiest and least user friendly apps I have used in a long time. I actually choose to get breakfast elsewhere because of how needlessly convoluted this app is.

This app genuinely sucks. If it's not kicking you out every two seconds, it's incredibly glitchy and slow. You can't just back out of a menu item without it taking you to the very beginning of everything. This garbage isn't staying on my phone.

Clunky interface and most importantly does not show the advantage pay price. Only reason I got this app was to see that price. Still true 5 years later

I had advantage pay all set up which worked to get the perks and discounts at GetGo. Then my advantage pay stopped working without any notice, so I guess they switched everyone to "Direct pay" through Plaid. Had to delete the app and redownload to make Direct pay activate.
