This app does not support Android split-screen mode. It does not remember the address you have typed previously. Every time when you schedule a ride home, you have to enter your home address. Location by GPS is useless because it gives you your current location, not the destination you want to go to. GPS is only useful when you want to be picked up at your current location like your home and go to P&R.

Good concept, poor execution. I've had issues where I book a shuttle the night before and had to wait almost 20+ minutes to the point I'd need to drive to the park and ride or be late. There have been issues where I don't show up on a driver's queue, even though I was booked for that specific shuttle and time. The drivers are very friendly though.

Worked once, then never again

Always reports error and tells me to retry later. Update: It works now after uninstall and reinstall, don't know what's wrong with my first installation. One suggestion, the address input could filter on local addresses, showing me address in New York (based on my partial input) makes no sense.
