Probably the worst decision I made last night was to install this app. I tried several different bikes 3 of which were dead, and the app wouldn't let me "end the ride". Further more when my wife tried to connect it kept telling her that it couldn't connect because her Bluetooth wasn't on but it was. When I finally found one that had a charge, it kept telling me I had to end my previous ride before I could start a new one which I had done almost an hour prior! LIME bikes app works MUCH BETTER

This is the first review I've ever written but I'd like to save people some time if they consider downloading this garbage app. It took ages to configure: have to take a 20 question quiz, doesn't sync with Google Pay or my phones saved Cc info, super slow interface at every stage, tried to sync with a helmet unsuccessfully (I could see the helmet right there) then when starting a ride I get a network error with no other insight than to 'try again later'. Same thing for 2 bikes. Absolute trash

Rode one once today and I followed the directions and the app constantly said network error even though I had 4G connection with all bars. The bike was incredibly slow on my (technically) second ride after cancelling before 60 seconds on the first one to increase the speed limiter. It goes 12.5mph and it truly isn't worth your time or your money, just ride a LINK or Lime Scooter, those are much more worth it, as those go around 16-17mph and you can ride them practically anywhere that has a road.

Every single bike was either down for maintenance or would not start. The GPS on bikes are not accurate either as it tell me I'm next to a bike (less than 50 feet at least) but there wasn't a single one in the area to be seen. Horrible experience with the app.

It was great to get around , but my battery was low, had to change, got an additional charged for the replacement that wouldn't turn on. Had to get 3rd bike that died eventhough it was fully charged. I guess I just had a bad day on the bike. There should be a way to see the life of the battery before the charge starts

I tried connecting to a bike and my card wouldn't go trough so I closed the app and put in my card and then it started ride ans charged me for it even tho I wasn't even near the bike. So I stopped the drive and then had to walk a take a picture of the bike that was just being picked up by the people that work for this company. Then I used a different bike and it had no battery yet it still charged me. In total I spended like 6$ for something I didn't even used. I am hoping I can get a refund!
