It works sometimes. Works fine on Apple phones. Glitches constantly on Android. I have monthly issues. Their customer service is attentive, but it is aggravating because the same issues keep arising and never get permanently resolved. This has been ongoing for over a year since I first started using Squire. No complaints other than that.

I'm not allowed to save card information and have to manually type it in every single time. Also, if I have a no show, I can't even charge it from my phone while others are. I don't know if this is just my phone for some reason but squire customer service wasn't any help either.

This app and system isn't bad, just wish there was more to it. Add the ability for barber and stylist to read and add notes through the app. Have icons on clients that have arrived. Don't charge clients for prepaying online and just charge the salon instead. We don't mind paying that extra dollar for our clients convenience. The notification pop ups would cut off and is unreadable. This app has potential. Just need more to keep the shop,clients and barber/stylist invested.

The app is limited. You have personal ONLINE logins that give everyone their personal reports, option to modify notifications, and their schedules. There is a concierge button that has someone who responds in a timely manner. Yet the downfall is that they are based in New York so business hours are East coast time. Would be helpful if they had help available to west coast barbershops on our time. I do like this app, yes there are user quirks that take time to work through. But worth it.

I just have to say that I really like and appreciate this app. My only downside to this app is that some features on the app are only compatible with iPhones and I have an android. I wish I had the same opportunity as iPhone users.

The androind version is not as developed as for the iphone . Can't see total amount of money made for the day or week. Can't see graphics and much more.
