Location detection problem is the biggest problem ever. This app only shows wrong current location and cannot be adjusted at all. This app has a lot of problem in current location capture and whenever we type in pick up point, app becomes lagged and application has been out and the same thing always happens every time we enter the app. The worst taxi app ever I have ever seen in my whole life.

I've very bad experience today. When the time driver call me to fetch up, It was only searching time for driver in my side. I cannot see driver location and car no as well. I can see nothing. It happened not only today, it happened several time. Error occur eveytime I use. Luckly, diver has good personality, he understands well problem. You should find way to enhance your app. If not, you cannot fight with other app.

Please fix some bugs like we can't use the app while we're connecting with WIFI (It only shows 'searching location' at that time) Streets names aren't showing at map. Fewer Drivers even in downtown, hope it'll fix very soon. As a suggestion, I would like GetRide to make partnerships with some cafeterias n restaurants such as YKKO, Central Sweet, Freedom Cafe, etc. When we go to there, we can get special promotion from GetRide or discount/free a cup of coffee from those Cafeterias n Restaurants!

I cannot download in Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10 inches 2016. What a shame as a public service application. It should be compatible with all models of mobile phone. Sucker!!!!

So many errors. UI is not user friendly. Cant add fav place with gps pin point. The app start very slow. The price is more 30% higher thand other service

Map is not work well. Location Points are disappear sometime. message can't send to driver.
