Rubbish app and unreliable service. The PCR test is delivered efficiently but my step-daughter received notification that her result was ready but was unable to view it! Completely useless, you would think that they would have checked for that basic requirement during testing. The whole PCR test looks bolted on to make a fast buck during this current situation, I wouldn't trust them

Do yor self a favor and don't waste you coin on that thing. Covid sample sent out 6 days ago, then nothing for 5 days, then an e-mail today offering me a discount on my next test/purchase! Still no results from that Covid sampl! I already lost my flights, but no problem, they will give me a discount on another test which too won't be delivered on time, so they can charge me again a few days later. Do you see the business plan/pattern here? Apparently arrogance has no limits, or so they believe

Useless service. i went through the whole process of registering with all my private data including credit card details and was then told they don't operate in my area.

Useless I can't even get neither my travel certificate nor my results pdf . I will might lose my flight tickets becosue of them i don't recommend anyone to get test with them that's so bad
