This app as everyone else is saying does not work and my bf bought it and waisted his money this product should not be for sale if your not willing to fix the problem. Also he really could of used it today and of course could not. Everyone just bye tile cost a bit more but works great in helping me find my keys when I loose them.

This was a total let down. Cannot connect to the internet and unable to sign up. Three very expensive and glorified keychains. I cannot believe Disney would have their name attached to a useless product. The entire developer website is also down? Bought brand new. Useless. Please fix. Really wanted Chewbacca to help me find my keys.

This app would be great if it worked. I try to sign up and it says lost internet connection, I try to sign in using Facebook and it says something went wrong. Would not waste your time... unless they have fixed it which they still have not.

Cannot get the app to work; it says "The internet connection is lost" and will not move forward in the sign in and/or setup process. All other apps can access the internet when I get this message. Useless.

The app will not allow me to login (or sign up) saying that it has lost internet connection. This, obviously, rendering the associated tracker completely useless. Would not recommend unless they fix the app

Terrible. Wasted money buying the product. Can't even set up the app to have it work. Fix the app or do a recall. It's a shame to see so many having the same problem and nothing is being done about it.
