Great Idea - Intermittent Service I love the concept of this product because my dog loves to run around outside and chase rabbits. However, i find that the app/tracker do not constantly update. Sometimes the app will not update my pet's location for 2 days. I was travelling out of state with my dog and it said he's was seen last "2 days ago" and in another state. I wish the location accuracy would be more up to date and accurate....

They sent me a pos device that doesn't work.. amd won't connect to my phone... it doesn't save info I enter and won't go to. Next screen... waste of money

Not picked up my dogs in 11days and never sent a notification. I just happen to open app. Also last time dog got out huan didnt help at all

It's extremely inaccurate. I cannot locate my pets at all with it. They could be in such a large area, and it shows them in completely different locations than they are. For example, it showed her a couple of neighbors yards over, but she was in my house.

I love having these tracking sensors on my dogs. I know exactly where they are at all times. I feel extremely relieved knowing that when I leave the house I can look at my phone and see right where all of my dogs are. I have 5 dogs and recently 3 of them got out of my yard in the middle of the night. Thankfully I got all of them back. But it was 3 of the worst days my family ever spent. That is why I went looking for a tracker. I found HUAN and it has changed our lives forever.

Nice idea but doesn't help. My dog got out today! And I opened the app to look for her. It said that it couldnt track her and to Fix it. So what was the purpose of buying it! My dad and I frantically had to go look for her! Doesnt work nor help. Going straight into the garbage!
