Have been a Fitso member for more than a year now. Giving 2 stars for the facilities & sport options however the management & staff are extremely disappointing. They never respond to queries in a proper manner. Always have silly reasons to not respond in a straightforward manner. Rating updated from 2 to 4 stars Got a call from Fitso answering all queries, hence revising the current rating

Plz tell that how can we freeze the days if we don't wish to go. I am asking for both 15days extention and the normal freeze of days that we used to do before the pools were closed.

Me and my friend has plan with fitso they removed old benefits without notification 1. Freeze benefit 2. Transfer benefit Poorly managed Looks like we need consumer forum.

I love their services and their care for the customers. If is Lockdown or anything, you'll get extensions and I personally love its freeze feature which gives me flexibility to take offs without missing out of my membership. Kudos to fitso!!!
