Liking it, gives me complete peace of mind as I know where my dog is, or what direction. The only off putting thing is the map view seems to leave my dog where we finished our walk (can be miles away) although the radar feature makes it clear he is close.

Wanted 2 rubber strap and attachment. Only can order 1. $9.89 + $10 shipping. No response if can be combined ship Pro: No monthly connect fee. Con: 1) Support is text only. Can wait week(s) for response. Then a list of things you have to resurch for them. After you send information back. They close item. No results. 2) Bush will (could) cause units to disconnect. 3) After post of charge problem. They reviewed it again. Then sent me a replacement unit. I had to pay postage to send bad one back.

Fired it up for the first time in 12 months and forgot my password. It won't let me reset - tells me no internet connection. Tried via wifi and Telstra. Fantastic :(
