There are a lot of unknown restaurants and the food ain't the same as the picture and the taste is really bad. The food prices is so expensive if it's compare with the quantity.

Driver ยกเลิกงาน ทำให้คนสั่งเก้อบ่อยครั้งมาก โดนต่อเนื่องกัน 3 ครั้ง คือ แย่มากจริงๆ Drivers've always cancelled job, I do not understand why they accepted but cancelled, I've just been cancelled 3 times for 1 job food order. That's really terrible.

drivers canceled my request often and the app kept changing the drivers for me that is so annoying, eventually I need to cancel request by myself and use another app instead even it is more expensive.

I have getpay top-up issue, it has took almost a month until now and my money is still disappeared. One good thing, I decided to add only small amounts of money. Poor customer service ever, extremely not recommended. Once is enough!

The driver is very aggressive. I dont know if they check the criminal record or not. But obviously no education. He was angry for some reason, and trying to crash me with his bike while I was walking. Keep this in mind and good luck if you want to try.

worse than exoected services. no way to contact support. supoort call me twice and when i call back theresnt even a channel to contact call center. only robocall let me know what button do (how to use, blah blah bla, no way to get in tiuch with actual human) your supoort swrvices is from hell.
