כל ספק אופניים חדש באזור מבורך, אבל האפליקציה הזו נוראית. אי אפשר לסגור את ההודעה של האפליקציה, או לגרום לה להפסיק לעקוב אחרי המיקום שלי כל הזמן. כשאני רואה אפליקציות כאלה אני מבין למה אפל בודקת אפליקציות אייפון לפני שמעלים אותן לחנות

מי הם חושבים שמנסים להתחרות במובייק.

אם החברה רוצה באמת להתחרות באופניים הכתומים היא חייבת להשתפר בהרבה דברים: 1. דגם האופניים - הדגם הנוכחי פעיל מזה ארבעה חודשים בלבד והוא כבר חלוד ברמה שממש קשה לכוון את גובה הכיסא. גם בגלגל השיניים האחורי (של השרשרת) יש הרבה חלודה. 2. האפליקציה חייבת לדייק יותר בפרטים של איך משתמשים – למשל כשאני רכבתי עדיין לא נכנס העניין של לחנות בתחנות בלבד, אבל האפליקציה כן אמרה שצריך לחנות רק בחניות ואיימה בקנסות. אני מבין שזו אפליקציה גנרית שכל מיני מפעילים עושים לה התאמה אישית – אבל בכל זאת צריך לעשות התאמה גם בדברים האלה. 3. האופניים הראשונים שניסיתי לא נפתחו, זה מעולם לא קרה לי עם כתומים/בירד/ליים. 4. הקורא קוד שלהם לא עובד טוב, ממש צריך להתאמץ כדי שיצליח לקרוא. 5. כשהוא לא מצליח לקרוא הוא מבקש להקליד ידנית את מס' האופניים - אבל באפליקציה המספר מתחיל ב-16 שכבר מוקלדים ובאופניים זה מתחיל ב-13. 6. אפילו ברמה של לוגו ואתר - שהאתר יהיה אתר של המפעיל הישראלי ולא של החברה שמוכרת את המערכת להרבה ערים בעולם. ולעצב לוגו כמו שצריך ולא סתם משהו לא עדכני ולא אסתטי. לסיכום: בגדול זה אחלה אם תהיה תחרות לכתומים, אבל כדי להתחרות צריך להגיע לרמת השירות שלהם והמצב כרגע רחוק מאד מזה.
