The app is ok, but Eurowings is a theif. When I booked my ticket I specifically did not choose checked luggage. I verified it was set to 0. The price shown was without it. Then my card was charged for it and they wouldn't remove it, or change the cost to pay for my carry-on bag. I needed the app to add the carry-on bag, and had to pay MORE to add it, and I have a checked bag allowance I won't use. The flight ticket wasn't that cheap either.

Jerks!!! 3 on one booking, and Eurowings consistently put us in 2 separate rows (2x middle seats), in spite of plenty of space on the flight. also when they change rows between check-in attempts over time, they change row number and letter, but always 2 separate rows and always 2x middle seata. Classy! But no, I will by principle NOT pay for having all 3 seated together. There are ways to get around it... ;-)

Shittiest app and online page. First no way to change currency . It's persistent in showing currency of the land you're taking off from on app or web. Second frequent flying miles are separate thing from the airline company.... 3. It can't decide on feedback web is it german or english although you set language to english... It goes trough geman menu ...

ToS are not passenger friendly. Not all features of the app work all the time. But the app works better than the web page. Eurowings is low price. You'll feel that.

Just spent full forty five minutes booking this flight while the app kept crashing, leading me to the home page instead of the payment page and taking forever to process my payment. Get it together, god damn.

Flown Eurowings many times over the years. Every time it is impossible to check in when part of a group booking. Very poor app It's been almost a year since my review. Unbelievably, It's STILL not possible to checkin as part of a group. If BA can do it, why not Eurowings?? Come one EW, get your finger out!
