Taekwondo is a martial art originating from Korea, hence the name and basic movement terms of Taekwondo all use Korean. To get to know the name and the term movement is not easy if it does not routinely follow each exercise, it takes time and patience and tenacity to master and recognize all the movements taught in taekwondo martial arts.

Martial Arts Taekwondo is a martial arts that uses kicks as a distinctive feature. In accordance with its name, Tae kwon do has the meaning of each. Tae means kicking with feet, Kwon means punch by hand, and Do means nature. So Taekwondo can be interpreted as foot, hand, and nature. That is to say the feet are more often used than the hands during training and it will show someone's nature.
