We were at Pusat Komersial (near Giant Seksyen 13) today waiting for bus SA05. The app says the bus will arrive in a few minutes but the bus did not appear at all. Then the app changed the estimated arrival time of bus when the bus that was supposed to arrive did not arrive at all. The second bus also did not arrive. Altogether, we waited more than 1 hour but no bus SA05 appeared at all. The bus is supposed to be operating at 20 minutes interval. My question is - if there is an app in place but the bus driver decides to skip certain timing to suit his liking, how reliable would this app be then? How do you monitor the bus driver who skips this route which is the hub? It was such a waste of time waiting! Please make the bus driver to follow the schedule!

useless app. only shows bus pick up point ( we already know that dumbass) instead of bus locations and ETA.

One thing that needs to change are the depart time of the bus. This app follow the correct schedule but the bus depart earlier than the schedule. It needs to have a fixed time so that people can estimate their time. If the bus tend to depart earlier, than please change the schedule to match the bus driver's depart time.

Appreciate such app as there is none like that in Malaysia yet. I used it in pj today. There are however some room for improvement. It is quite confusing for first time user to understand how to use it mainly the direction of the bus (left or right?) I also expect LRT stations to be clearly highlighted on the map. Hopefully the team is capturing this and put my requests into their product backlog.

The latest update to the app is good where you have the 2D view of the bus route. the old view was always confusing. Start times from the two endpoints/hub are still not updated, so we don't know when the next bus is initiated unless the bus starts moving. For bus stops like 1u, where it is the next stop to the hub/terminal, we cant get an estimate when it will next come. the app shows the time only when the bus starts moving and by then it'll be too late. Feedback is based on PJ06 route.

Not so accurate. Been chasing the bus each time because of the time inaccuracy. Hopefully it would be better in the near future.
