Overall this app has worked great for doing research surveys. There are a few quirks like with any app: for example, the message preview in the inbox has been frozen for almost a year. But it doesn't impact functionality at all. Once I got notifications working properly I've been able to do research tasks within the app easily and on time. The support team is responsive and overall I've had very few issues with the app.

The app is pretty cool. I'm able to do surveys and videos that are sent to me with no problem. I'm working 2 different projects and the app allows me to have both projects at my fingertips. However about 10 months ago when I used the barcode scanner, it allowed me to actually take my time and get the barcode focused in. Since an update back then, the barcode scanner takes a picture as soon as it sees anything resembling a barcode whether it's in focus or not. I am constantly having to delete.

I can't get it to pair with the coaster device sent to me for my panel. That's no "next" option after step 2 to proceed to step 3, as described in the connection instructions. Perhaps a bug in the app? Otherwise, I've had no issues doing my videos and uploading them. Accessing messages is ok, but a little buggy. I have to click on messages several times to get that function to load.

I have been using QualSights for well over a year and for the most part it has been a very good experience. The only issues I've had were from updates to my phone causing problems. Recently they fixed the issue and now it is fully functioning and awesome! Anytime I message them with issues, they are very fast to respond and help with the issue.

Jan. 2022, as a Qualsights app user for almost two years, several times a week, the app is generally very dependable and responsive. Push notifications usually arrive on time. Recent Bluetooth-connected integration with Skale weighing device. If bugs or issues occur, QS I.T. or app support responds quickly with fixes. Frequent app updates which can be large in size and annoying when trying to log on but are worth the few minutes of downloading and installing to function better.

This is a cool app but Ive encountered several glitches from uploading videos to retrieving messages. The orange dot has been on my homepage for weeks (and still is) which indicates I have new messages. The dot stays there even when there is no new message. For some reason it wont go away. I was told several days ago there is an app update but I have seen none.
