This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GR Tracker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

With the GR TRACKER mobile app, participants of sporting events which use services developed by GEORACING can use their smartphones as a GPS tracker.
Once started, the GR TRACKER app connects automatically with the GEORACING’s cloud platform and enables to follow in real-time competitors’ performances during the event but also to display indicators such as speed, traveled distance, ranking, timing, GPS positions…
Key features of the GR TRACKER app:
- Transmits your GPS position in real-time or delayed (if you use WiFi) to GEORACING
- Allows others (organizers, friends, spectators…) to follow the event in live thanks to the dedicated tools developed by GEORACING
- Enables comparison between participants
- Enables live analysis and post-race analysis at the end of the event

Note: To use the GR TRACKER app you must be registered beforehand to an event which uses the services provided by GEORACING. You need to get a code from the organizer in order to use this app. The GR TRACKER app needs an internet connection for the live tracking.

Continued use of the GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
