La Cabinet DEVAUX a été créé en 1984 à la suite du rachat du portefeuille de gestion de Monsieur Pierre SCHEYER. Après un développement continu permis notamment grâce à la confiance accordée par sa clientèle, la reprise du Cabinet LIETZ en 2003 a contribué également à la constitution d'une structure aujourd'hui reconnue sur la place de Nancy dans la gestion immobilière.
Adhérent de la Fédération Nationale de l'Immobilier (FNAIM), le Cabinet est également sociétaire de la Caisse de Garantie de l'Immobilier (CGAIM) qui lui accorde sa caution pour un montant actualisé de 3 560 000 € au titre de la gestion immobilière.
Spécialisée dans l'administration de biens, la gestion de syndicats de copropriétés et d'immeubles de caractère, la société assume la gérance locative d'environ 1800 lots dont une proportion significative de locaux commerciaux et professionnels.
