Awful, I used inkpay once, waited for my payments to go into my account before I could pay any secondary payments owing, was harassed by Michelle and threatened with additional fees, when funds hit my account, $170 was taken without notice or discussion, for what? I had 3 repayments left of $70! Should have left me with 40 remaining, yet $70 was showing as owing. On the app it doesn't show how much you have paid in any form of ledger either. Your ink will cost more with Inkpay! rort.🤬

After talking with 2 tattooist inkpay makes ya art work alot more expensive. They hate this app as they lose out by ppl using it. They do amazing work there for it should be left for them the rewards not the ink pay company taking a huge percentage

I feel this app is under developed. And I am new to Inkpay, I know it's not my inexperience to navigate myself on the app. I found once given a quote by an artist in my state, Inkpay is asking for a small deposit. Why?. I haven't made any claim on the $1000.00 it is entitling me too. Shouldn't the deposit occure after accepting the quote, accepting the appointment time and first transaction with Inkpay and not before?. Also it needs to state how much is considered as a small deposit.

Great idea but you will pay a higher price for your tattoo with Inkpay. After speaking with my tattooist I found that Inkpay take a share of the cash meaning less for the artist, for instance from a $300 tattoo Inkpay take about $40. So quotes are higher to cover cost, I ended up paying cash so the artist didn't lose out and paid less than quoted. Shops are listed randomly not by state so endless scrolling trying to find shops in my state. Seems to be very glitchy at times too.

Both the inkpay app and the inkpay website refuses to process my quick quotes... I fill out the required details and information, but when I attempt to send away my quote, a loading icon appears for approximately 3-5 seconds, then the icon disappears and nothing at all happens afterwards... Can you please fix this issue? The device I'm using is a 2020 Oppo A9...
