This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MyOnCallMD on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

The MyOnCallMD Telemedicine app providers patients with on-demand access to board-certified and state licensed medical professionals. The app allows our medical professionals to diagnose, recommend treatment, prescribe non-narcotic medications, and if needed provide work/school excuses, all from the comfort of your home or office. This means, no more waiting days or weeks to see a doctor! At MyOnCallMD we understand that time is precious – especially when you are not feeling well.

All MyOnCallMD Telemedicine visits our HIPAA compliant and can be conducted from any smartphone, tablet, or computer that has internet access.

The use of the MyOnCallMD Telemedicine app is FREE for our Direct Primary Care Members. If you are not a member, we charge a flat fee of $45.00, which is a fraction of the cost of a typical ER or Urgent Care visit. If during your virtual visit our providers determine that a face to face visit is necessary, we will arrange for you to visit to one of our convenient area locations, without having to wait.
